¹⁴ Ye are my friends, if ye do whatever I command you. ¹⁵ I no more call you servants; for the servant knows not what his lord does: and I have called you friends; for all which I heard of my Father I made known to you. ¹⁶ Ye chose not me, but I chose you, and I have set you, that ye might retire and bear fruit, and your fruit remain: that whatever ye ask the Father in my name, he might give you.
