John 2:1

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

The day following Jesus desired to go forth into Galilee and found Philip and said unto him, Follow me.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.

Blessed is every one that fears the LORD, that walks in his ways.

Whosoever found a wife found a good thing and has attained the favour of the LORD.

House and riches are the inheritance from fathers, but the prudent wife is from the LORD.

Aleph Who can find a valiant woman? for her price is far above precious stones.

For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, listening to spirits of error and doctrines of demons;

Let marriage be honourable in all and the bed undefiled; but the fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

And on the eighth day they shall bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest to the door of the tabernacle of the testimony,
