²⁸ Jesus therefore cried aloud, teaching in the temple and saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am; and I have not come of myself, but there is in truth one who sent me, whom ye know not. ²⁹ I know him, because I am from him, and he hath sent me. ³⁰ Therefore they sought to take him; but no one laid hands on him, because his hour had not yet come.
