Joshua 24:16

And the people answered and said, Far be it from us to forsake Jehovah to serve other gods.

Also, I, far be it from me that I should sin against Jehovah from ceasing to pray for you. But I will teach you the good and the right way.

Let it not be! For then how shall God judge the world?

Let it not be! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?

Now, "the Just shall live by faith. But if he draws back, My soul shall have no pleasure in him."
