And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD: for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel.

When he killed them, then they inquired after him, and they returned and sought God earnestly.
Nevertheless he regarded their distress when he heard their cry.
Then they cried to LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.
