Judges 5:10

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

Speak, ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way.

Sing to him, give praise to him! Declare all his wondrous works.

On the glorious splendor of your majesty and on your wonderful works, I will meditate.

He had thirty sons who rode thirty donkeys. They had thirty cities in the land of Gilead. They are called the villages of Jair.

He had forty sons and thirty grandsons, who rode on seventy donkeys. Abdon led Israel for eight years,

Let them glorify him when the people are gathered for worship. Let them praise him in the company of respected leaders.

He will be a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, a source of strength to those who repel the attack at the gate.

Let the nations be aroused and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat (Jehovah's Judgment)! I will sit there to judge all the nations round about.

The next day Moses settled disputes among the people. He was busy from morning till night.

Some donkeys belonging to Kish wandered off. He said to Saul: Take one of the servants with you and look for the donkeys.

So the prophet said to his sons: Saddle the donkey for me. So they saddled the donkey and he mounted it.
