Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.

Understand now therefore, O ye kings: receive chastening, ye judges of the earth.

Hear this, all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world:

I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings and will not be ashamed.
