Leviticus 23:44

And Moses declared the feasts of Jehovah to the sons of Israel.

And Moses told Aaron and his sons, and all the sons of Israel.

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst.
