Leviticus 24:19

And when a man shall give a blemish in his neighbor, as he did so it shall be done to him:

And thine eye shall not pity; soul for soul, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, and foot for foot

Ye have heard, that it has been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged; and with what measure ye measure, it shall be repaid to you.
