A sweet

but its entrails and its legs he shall wash with water. The priest shall burn the whole on the altar, for a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD.

He shall offer of the sacrifice of peace offerings an offering made by fire to the LORD; the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat that is on the entrails,

He washed the entrails and the legs with water; and Moses burned the whole ram on the altar. It was a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.

You shall burn the whole ram on the altar: it is a burnt offering to the LORD; it is a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to the LORD.

that they may offer sacrifices of pleasant aroma to the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king, and of his sons.

Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you have prepared for me. You have not required burnt offering and sin offering.

For you do not delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it. You have no pleasure in burnt offering.

I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

It pleased the LORD, for his righteousness' sake, to magnify the law, and make it honorable.

Yet the LORD was pleased to crush him and make him ill. When you make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his offspring. He shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

And suddenly a voice out of the heavens said, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."

And walk in love, even as Christ also loved us, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.

but this one, when he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;

coming to him, a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God, precious.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

By this God's love was revealed in us, that God has sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.
