Leviticus 9:8

Then Aaron went unto the altar and slew the calf of his own sin.

And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering, and he shall accept it to reconcile him.

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin and slay the sin in the place of the burnt offering.
