“What more was there to do for My vineyard that I have not done in it?
Why, when I expected it to produce good grapes did it produce worthless ones?

What shall I do with you, O Ephraim?
What shall I do with you, O Judah?
For your loyalty is like a morning cloud
And like the dew which goes away early.

How can I give you up, O Ephraim?

How can I surrender you, O Israel?
How can I make you like Admah?
How can I treat you like Zeboiim?
My heart is turned over within Me,

All My compassions are kindled.

Then a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My Son, My Chosen One; listen to Him!”

and behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased.”

While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice out of the cloud said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased; listen to Him!”

I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Son of God.”

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His

only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

For what the Law could not do,

weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh,

But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,

By this the love of God was manifested

in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.
