Luke 20:15

So they cast him out of the vineyard and killed him. What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them?

And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to sanctify the people through his own blood.

Last of all, he sent his son to them saying, 'They will respect my son,'

He still had one left to send, a beloved son. He sent him to them last, saying, 'They will respect my son.'
