And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which also bewailed and lamented him.

The women who had followed Jesus from Galilee followed and saw the tomb and how his body was put there.

and some women who had been cured of evil spirits and sickness??ary, who was called Mary of Magdala, out of whom seven demons had been driven,

There were several women there watching from a distance who had followed Jesus from Galilee to wait upon him,

There were some women also watching from a distance, among them Mary of Magdala, Mary the mother of the younger James and of Joses, and Salome,
