But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.

Then their eyes were instantly opened and they recognized Him, and at once He vanished from them.

After this He showed Himself in a different form to two of them as they were walking along, on their way into the country.

On saying this she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not know that it was Jesus.

Now just as day was breaking, Jesus took His stand on the shore, though the disciples did not know that it was Jesus.
