But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.

And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if some one from the dead go to them, they will change the mind.

And the king will say to her, Thou shalt not fear: What sawest thou? And the woman will say to Saul, I saw gods coming up out of the earth.

Fear met me, and trembling, and caused the multitude of my bones to tremble.

And the disciples seeing him walking upon the sea, were troubled, saying, It is an apparition; and they cried out for fear.

And having seen him walking upon the sea, they thought it was an apparition, and cried out:

And they said to her, Thou art mad. And she was strengthened to have it so. And they said, It is his messenger.
