Luke 7:49

And those sitting along with Him began to say among themselves, Who is this who even forgives sins?

And behold, certain ones of the scribes said among themselves; This man blasphemeth.

Why does He speak blasphemies? Who is able to forgive sins, except the one God?

And seeing their faith, He said to him; Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.

Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered;
