Luke 9:19
They said: John the Baptist. Others say Elijah and still others say one of the old prophets has risen again.
Luke 9:7-8
Herod the ruler of Galilee heard of all that was done and was very perplexed (confused) (skeptical). Some said John the Baptist was raised from the dead and that he did it.
Matthew 14:2
He told his servants: This is John the Baptist, raised from the dead. That explains the power working in him.

But others said: It is Elijah. And others said: It is a prophet, like one of the prophets.
