And He said to them, Truly I say to you that there are some of those who stand here who shall not taste of death until they see the kingdom of God come with power.

In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

But I tell you the truth, it is expedient for you that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you. But if I depart, I will send Him to you.

Jesus said to him, If I desire that he remain until I come, what is that to you? You follow Me.

Taste

And it happened to him, being instructed by the Holy Spirit, he was not to see death before he would see the Christ of the Lord.

Truly, truly, I say to you, If a man keeps My Word, he shall never see death.

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor, that He by the grace of God should taste death for all.

For I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God shall come.

Truly I say to you, I will no more drink of the fruit of the vine until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.
