“Behold, the

virgin shall be with child and give birth to a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel”—which, when translated, means, “God with us.”

and they could not find anything that they could do, for all the people [stayed close to Him and] were hanging on to every word He said.

And early in the morning all the people would come to Him in the temple to listen to Him.

The guards replied, “Never [at any time] has a man talked the way this Man talks!”

Listen, my beloved brothers and sisters: has not God chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and [as believers to be] heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?
