Jehovah has removed his judgments against you. He has turned aside your enemies. The King of Israel, Jehovah, is in your midst! You will fear calamity no more.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king comes to you! He is righteous having salvation. He is humble, and riding upon an ass, even upon a colt the son of a she ass.

Nathanael answered: Rabbi you are the Son of God. You are King of Israel.

They took palm branches and met him. They cried out, Hosanna: Blessed is he who comes in the name of Jehovah, even the King of Israel! (Psalm 118:26)

As a result of this Pilate sought to release him. The Jews cried out: If you release this man you are not Caesar's friend. Every one that makes himself a king speaks against Caesar.

The other disciples therefore said to him: We have seen the Lord. He said: Unless I feel the print of the nails in his hands and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.

For what? If some have not believed, will their unbelief make the faith of God of no effect?

These men have gone astray from the truth. They say that the resurrection has already taken place, and they upset the faith of some.

The robbers that were impaled with him also insulted him.

One of the criminals who were hanged complained bitterly to him saying: Are you the Christ? Save yourself and us.
