Mark 2:11

"I tell you, get up, pick up your mat, and go home!"

And he pitied him and stretched out his hand and touched him, and said to him, "I do choose! Be cured!"

Jesus said to him, "Get up, pick up your mat, and walk!"

The Spirit is what gives life; flesh is of no use at all. The things that I have said to you are spirit and they are life.
