⁴ And not being able to come near to him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where he was. And when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralyzed man lay. ⁵ And having seen their faith, Jesus says to the paralyzed man, Child, thy sins are forgiven thee. ⁶ But some of the scholars were sitting there, and deliberating in their hearts,
