Matthew 10:34

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to bring peace but division.

I am come to send fire on the earth, and how do I desire that it were already kindled?

But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and contradicted the things which were spoken by Paul, opposing and reviling him.

Many of the people therefore, when they heard this discourse, said, This is in truth a prophet.

But the unbelieving Jews stirred up and inflamed the minds of the Gentiles against the brethren.

But the multitude of the city was divided: and some were for the Jews, and some for the apostles:
