Matthew 12:17

Isaiah 42:1-4

"Here is my servant, whom I support, my chosen one, in whom I delight. I've placed my Spirit upon him; and he'll deliver his justice throughout the world.

See, the former things have taken place, and I'm announcing the new things before they spring into being I'm telling you about them."
