Treasury of Scripture Knowledge
The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.
He will send out the angels and gather His elect from the four winds, from the end of the earth to the end of the sky.
When He again
brings His firstborn into the world, He says, And all God’s angels must worship Him.
Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and also of the living creatures and of the elders. Their number was countless thousands, plus thousands of thousands.
So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will go out, separate the evil people from the righteous,
Woe to the world because of offenses. For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes.
Now I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause dissensions and obstacles contrary to the doctrine you have learned.
2 Peter 2:1
But there were also false prophets
among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, and will bring swift destruction on themselves.
On that day many will say to Me, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in Your name, drive out demons in Your name, and do many miracles in Your name?’
Then you will say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets!’
but wrath and indignation to those who are self-seeking
and disobey the truth but are obeying unrighteousness;
Nothing profane will ever enter it:
no one who does what is vile or false, but only those written in the Lamb’s book of life.
Five of them were foolish and five were sensible.
