Rejected At Nazareth

⁵⁴ and went to his own part of the country. And he taught the people in their synagogue in such a way that they were astonished, and said, "Where did he get this wisdom, and the power to do these wonders? ⁵⁵ Is he not the carpenter's son? Is not his mother named Mary, and are not his brothers named James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? ⁵⁶ And do not all his sisters live here among us? Then where did he get all this?"
