But, I, say unto you, that, Everyone who divorceth his wife - saving for unfaithfulness, causeth her to be made an adulteress, - and, whosoever shall marry a divorced woman, committeth adultery.

and he saith unto them - Whosoever shall divorce his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her;

For, the married woman, unto her living husband is bound by law; but, if her husband have died, she hath received a full release from the law of her husband.
