Matthew 21:4

Now this happened in fulfilment of what was said by the prophet,

All this happened in fulfilment of what the Lord said through the prophet,

"Do not be afraid, Daughter of Zion! See, your king is coming mounted on an ass's colt!"

But this has all taken place in fulfilment of the writings of the prophets." Then all the disciples left him and made their escape.

For this happened to fulfil what the Scripture says: "Not one of its bones will be broken."
