And many women were also there, looking on from afar, who had followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering to him;

and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities: Mary, called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had come out,

But Jesus turning to them said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.

But all his acquaintances, and the women who had followed him from Galilee, stood at a distance, watching these things.

By the cross of Jesus stood his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.
