The Sermon On The Mount: Salt And Light

¹³ Ye are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its savour, with what shall it be salted? From then on it is good for nothing, but to be cast out and to be trodden under foot of men. ¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; ¹⁵ Neither do men light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on the lampstand, and it gives light unto all that are in the house.
