And behold, a great storm arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But he was asleep.

As they sailed he fell asleep. And a windstorm came down on the lake, and they were filling with water, and were in danger.

got into a boat, and started across the sea to Capernaum. It was now dark, and Jesus had not yet come to them.

and for your sake I am glad that I was not there, so that you may believe. But let us go to him."

But before very long there rushed down from the land a violent wind, called the northeaster;

Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, three times I was shipwrecked, a night and a day I have spent in the open sea.
