And suddenly all the city came out to meet Jesus. When they saw him, they begged that he would depart from their borders.
and they came and begged them. When they had brought them out, they asked them to depart from the city.
But Simon Peter, when he saw it, fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, Lord."
And she said to Elijah, "What do we have in common, O man of God? You have come to me to bring my sin to memory, and to kill my son."
Now therefore why should we die? For this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.
And Samuel did what the LORD said, and came to Bethlehem. And the elders of the city came to meet him trembling. And they said, "Do you come peaceably?"
It happened, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said to him, "Is that you, you troubler of Israel?"
And suddenly they shouted, saying, "What do we have to do with you, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?"
Then they began to beg him to depart from their region.
When he saw Jesus, he shouted, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, "What do I have to do with you, Jesus, you Son of the Most High God? I beg you, do not torment me."
All the people of the surrounding country of the Geresenes asked him to depart from them, for they were very much afraid. He entered into the boat, and returned.
