And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for herds to lay down in, for my people who have sought me.

The land mourns and languishes. Lebanon is confounded and withers away. Sharon is like a desert, and Bashan and Carmel shake off [their leaves].

It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of LORD, the excellency of our God.

I am a rose of Sharon. A lily of the valleys.


And over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite. And over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of Adlai.


And they dwelt in Gilead in Bashan, and in its towns, and in all the suburbs of Sharon, as far as their borders.


And all those dwelling at Lydda and Sharon who saw him, turned to the Lord.
