Nehemiah 11:1

The Leaders And Servants In Jerusalem

¹ And the rulers of the people dwelt in Jerusalem, - and, the rest of the people, cast lots, to bring in one out of ten to dwell in Jerusalem, the holy city, and nine parts in other cities. ² And the people bestowed a blessing on all the men, who willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
