Thus the army left the prisoners and the loot in front of the leaders and the whole assembly.

Then all the people, answered with a loud voice: As you have said, so it is right for us to do.

Jesus then replied: If you wish to be complete, go sell your possessions and give the money to the poor. You will have wealth in heaven. Then follow me!
