Nehemiah 7:46

The temple servants: the descendants of Ziha, the descendants of Hasupha, the descendants of Tabbaoth,

"Speak to the Israelites and tell them, 'When a man makes a special votive offering based on the conversion value of persons to the Lord,

Now you are condemned to perpetual servitude as woodcutters and water carriers for the house of my God."

The first to resettle on their property and in their cities were some Israelites, priests, Levites, and temple servants.
