Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you, about this time next year, and Sarah shall have a son."

God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
