Numbers 29:39
These are the offerings you must bring to Jehovah at your festivals. They are the offerings you must bring in addition to the offerings for anything you vowed to give to Jehovah, your freewill offerings, your burnt offerings, your grain offerings, your wine offerings, and your fellowship offerings.'
Leviticus 23:2

Do not do any work that day. It is a special day for the payment for sins. It is a time when you pay compensation for wrongdoing and make peace with Jehovah your God.
Numbers 6:21
These are the instructions for those who have vowed to bring their offerings to Jehovah as Nazirites. They must bring these offerings in addition to anything else they can afford. They must fulfill the requirements of these instructions for Nazirites and finish whatever they vowed to do.
Deuteronomy 12:6
There you shall bring your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, and the contribution of your hand, your vowed offerings, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock.
1 Corinthians 10:31
