Numbers 35:14

three ye shall give on this side Jordan and three in the land of Canaan.

Then Moses severed three cities on the other side Jordan toward the sun rising,

And if the LORD thy God enlarge thy coasts as he hath sworn unto thy fathers and give thee all the land which he said he would give unto thy fathers

And they appointed Kadesh in Galilee, in mount Naphtali, and Shechem in mount Ephraim, and Kiriatharba which is Hebron, in the mountains of Judah.
