Numbers 5:9
Any contribution over and above the holy offerings that the Israelites bring to the priest belongs to the priest.
Exodus 29:28
It will be for Aaron and his sons as their long lasting portion from the sons of Israel. It is a heave offering. It will be a heave offering from the sons of Israel from the sacrifices of their peace offerings, even their heave offering to Jehovah.
Leviticus 6:17-18

Deuteronomy 18:3-4
When cattle or sheep are sacrificed, the priests are to be given the shoulder, the jaw, and the stomach.
Leviticus 6:26
The priest who makes the offering for sin will eat it in a holy place, in the courtyard of the Tent of Meeting. This is in the same place where the burnt offering is slaughtered.
Leviticus 10:13
Eat it in a holy place. It is the part that belongs to you and your sons from the food offered to Jehovah. That is what Jehovah commanded me.

Does a soldier serve at his own expense? Does the one who plants a vineyard not eat of the fruit it produces? Who shepherds a flock and does not eat some of the milk from the flock?
