Numbers 7:18

On the second day hath Nethaneel son of Zuar, prince of Issachar, brought near.

For Issachar -- Nathaneel son of Zuar.

And those encamping by him are of the tribe of Issachar; and the prince of the sons of Issachar is Nethaneel son of Zuar;
