Numbers 7:72

On the eleventh day [was] Pagiel the son of Ochran, ruler of the sons of Asher.

Of Asher: Pagiel the son of Ochran.

And those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher. And the ruler of the sons of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ochran.
