Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

And the sea gave up the dead who were in it; and death and hades delivered up the dead who were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

For he has put all things under his feet. But when he says all things are put under him, it is clear that he is excepted, who did put all things under him.
