Ye see

since he was longing after you all, and was in great distress, because ye heard that he was sick.

And ye, therefore, now, indeed, have sorrow; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one takes away from you.

being distressed especially on account of the word which he had spoken, that they were to see his face no more. And they were escorting him to the ship.
