"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how you are to speak or what you are to say; for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour;

Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, but the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

But the Lord answered her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things;

And do not seek what you will eat or what you will drink, nor have an anxious mind.

Were you a slave when you were called? Do not let it trouble youbut if you can gain your freedom, do so.

Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.
