Proverbs 10:1

The Proverbs of Solomon: A wise child makes a father rejoice, but a foolish child is a grief to his mother.

Proverbs 25:1

These also are proverbs of Solomon, which the men of King Hezekiah of Judah copied:

Ecclesiastes 12:9

Not only was the Teacher wise, but he also taught knowledge to the people; he carefully evaluated and arranged many proverbs.

1 Kings 4:31-32

He was wiser than any man, including Ethan the Ezrahite or Heman, Calcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol. He was famous in all the neighboring nations.

2 Samuel 12:24-25

So David comforted his wife Bathsheba. He went to her and had marital relations with her. She gave birth to a son, and David named him Solomon. Now the Lord loved the child

1 Chronicles 29:28

He died at a good old age, having enjoyed long life, wealth, and honor. His son Solomon succeeded him.
