Proverbs 14:33

Wisdom is at rest in the mind of the discerning even fools know this.

The anger of a fool becomes readily apparent, but the prudent person overlooks an insult.

The fool vents all his feelings, but the wise person keeps them to himself.

A prudent man keeps what he knows to himself, but the hearts of fools shout forth their foolishness.

Every sensible person acts from knowledge, but a fool demonstrates folly.

The wise speak, presenting knowledge appropriately, but fools spout foolishness.

The mind of the righteous thinks before speaking, but the wicked person spews out evil.

Furthermore, the way a fool lives shows he has no sense; he proclaims to everyone that he's a fool.
