He that deviseth to do evil shall be called a mischievous person.

for their hearts contemplate violence, and their lips speak harm.

he plots evil with perverse thoughts in his heart, he spreads contention at all times.

Do not those who devise evil go astray? But those who plan good exhibit faithful covenant love.
