He that ruineth his father, and chaseth away his mother, is a son causing shame and reproach.
And he said unto his mother - The eleven hundred pieces of silver that were taken by thee, when, thou, didst utter a curse, and didst also say in my hearing, Lo! the silver, is with me! I took it. Then said his mother, Blessed, be my son by Yahweh.
For, God, said - Honour thy father and thy mother, and - He that revileth father or mother, let him, surely die!

He that keepeth instruction, is a son with discernment, but, a companion of squanderers, bringeth shame to his father.
He that walketh with the wise, becometh wise, but, the friend of dullards, becometh foolish.
Surely he that is slothful in his work, brother, is he to a master at laying waste.
